1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using TradeGateStore ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Platform
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, another user, or any other person or entity

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

TradeGateStore acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and vendors. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing, but we do not warrant that:

• Product descriptions or other content on the Platform are accurate, complete, or error-free
• Products will be available at the time of your order
• Prices are free from errors or omissions
• Products will meet your expectations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud detection systems.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using one of our accepted payment methods. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information to ensure successful transaction processing.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the vendor and your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy allows you to return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Vendor Terms

If you register as a vendor on the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your products
• Honor all sales made through the Platform
• Ship products in a timely manner
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all applicable fees and commissions
• Not sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by TradeGateStore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeGateStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradeGateStore and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
